Edward Wood
Mr. Wood was admitted to the practice of law in 1987. He has been appointed to serve in the leadership of multi district matters in mass tort, class actions and antitrust litigation in jurisdictions throughout the United States and its territories. He has participated in the resolution of multi plaintiff environmental injury cases associated with major military installations as well as cases involving the national transportation industry. Mr. Wood has served as an adjunct professor of sports law and continues to represent professional and collegiate sports clients in various matters.
Mr. Wood is a veteran of the US Army and completed active duty assignments and reserve assignments throughout the United States and overseas. During his service, he has worked with and served with members of all branches of the United States military to include extensive joint training and procurement programs with the USMC and the USMC Mountain Warfare Training Center.
Mr. Wood serves on the management committee of the Blalock Firm.
