James has extensive hands-on litigation experience, including class action, legal malpractice, mass tort, insurance bad-faith, multidistrict litigation, intellectual property, and antitrust. James’s practice includes providing litigation support for mass tort cases, including client relations, discovery and trial preparation, document collection and hosting, document review team management, and custom case tracking tools.

His current projects include helping victims of wildfires and volcanic eruption recover from bad-faith insurers and other tortfeasors. James’s practice is plaintiff-centric and people-focused. He is grateful to currently serve alongside Harry Blalock and the attorneys and staff at BLALOCK LLC, helping Veterans and their families recover from cancer and other serious illnesses caused by exposure to contaminated water at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.

James enjoys practicing yoga and meditation, cycling, swimming, walking his dog, and traveling from his home base in Danville, Virginia
