Marcela Jenkins
Marcela Jenkins attended Arizona State University College of Law where she was on the Dean’s List. During law school, she served as a judicial extern for Judge Robert C. Broomfield of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. Marcela Jenkins has over 15 years of experience in mass tort litigation and multidistrict litigation. Marcela successfully represented injured plaintiffs in the ReNu case, the RoundUp pesticide case, the Boy Scouts of America litigation, and over 800 clients injured by the recalled drug, Vioxx. She also has extensive overseas experience having worked in San Juan, Puerto Rico (2005 to 2009) and at the U.S. Embassy in Bogata, Columbia (2017 to 2020).
Marcela is a certified Arbitrator who has done pro-bono work as an arbitrator for the first time youth offenders’ program at her local County Attorney’s Office.
Fluent in Spanish, she currently lives in a suburb of Charlotte, North Carolina with her husband and two daughters, but has lived and worked in England, Puerto Rico, and Colombia.
