Vic Baker graduated Magna Cum Lauda from the University of Montevallo with a degree in Political Science. He earned his law degree from Birmingham School of Law. During law school, Vic served a judicial internship with the Jefferson County Domestic Relations Court.

Vic joins Blalock LLC. with a diversified background. He has practiced in both criminal and civil court. His litigation experience includes a focus in the areas of class action, probate, and juvenal law. Vic has made valuable contributions in numerous multidistrict litigation cases regarding healthcare insurance, meta-data, and cyber security. In addition, Vic has worked to advance discovery in large acquisitions to ensure compliance with federal regulations. Over the years, the court has appointed Vic to numerous cases to assist indigent clients in their criminal defense while his firm has also provided support with estate planning.

Vic has worked with attorneys from across the country and provided counsel to clients in both state and federal court. He is licensed in the state of Alabama and the United State District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. Vic is also an active member of his local bar association.
